So unfortunately it is not possible. If you believe there is a reason for an exception in your case, you must contact the relevant motorway vignette issuer directly and submit a request in your own name. If the issuer approves the exception, please send us their decision. Once the value of the time-based fee has been refunded by the issuer, we will send the corresponding amount to the customer's bank account.
